Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 288 of 2025 arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad. 3. On 15.11.2023, brother of the Informant Sanjay died due to poisoning. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioners that they might have poisoned the deceased. 4. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
