The case of the prosecution is that dn o4.04.2025, on receipt of credI-ble information regarding illegal possessijon of Ganja and MDMA, the Inspector of police, Mangalagiri Rural Circllle, along with his staff and mediators, conducted a raid at Delight Dhaba, llYerrabalem. Accused Nos.1 to 4, who were friends and drug addicts, Were found in possession of narcotics. Accused No.1 had earlier purchased 10g of MDMA from Accused No.6 (from Bangalore) during Ramzan, sold part of I-I tO Accused No.2, and retained the rest. Accused No.2 brought 1.2 kg of Ganja, which I was dI-Vided into packets. At the Dhaba, they consumed Ganja and planned to sell the contraband. Then the police raidgd and caught hole of the I ll .~ Dr. YLR, J CrI.P.No.6441 of 2025 Dated 21.07.2O25 Accused Nos.1 to 4, found 'ln their possession 1.2 KGs of Ganja, 5.980 Grams of MDMA, seized the contraband and one KTM bike under a cover of mediators' report and arrested them. 3. Sri V.N.S.L.Sasidhar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petit|loner has not committed any offence; he is falsely implicated in this case; he -ls sole breadwinner of his family; he is ready to abide any conditions to be imposed by this Court; and urged to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4, Per contra, Ms.P.Akila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that some more material witnesses have to be examined;. investigation is.not completed; if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, he would not be available for the investigation and he would escape from the clutches of law; and it is urged to dismiss - the bail application. 5. Perused the record. 6. As seen from the record, the petitionerwas indulged in transportation and possession of 1.2 KGs of Ganja and 5.980 Grams of MDMA. The petitioner has been languishing in the jail since 05.04.2025 onwards, nearly 108 days he has been in the judicial custody.
