JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 7 27-02-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are the parent of the main accused Gautam Kumar and they are said to have abducted the victim girl. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim girl has already been recovered and he further submits that she is not ready to go with her parents and she has said that the petitioners has not played any role in her Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60880 of 2025(7) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 kidnapping. 5. In view of the above, this application is allowed and the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 12.12.2025 is hereby confirmed. 6.
