In view of the fact that the appeal filed by the applicant/ appellant stands allowed and the suit filed by the defendant (before the Trial Court) stands dismissed, the present application is allowed. The amount deposited by the present applicant/appellant in the Registry of this Court along-with interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant.
