P. -------- 02/ Dated 25.08.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bermo P.S. Case No. 165 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 303(2) & 334(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat. On 08.12.2024 at about 3.00 p.m., theft was committed in the jewelry shop of the informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelry worth Rs. 80,000/-. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Dharmpal has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 7054 of 2025 and another co-accused Rajendra has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No.6852/2025. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Bermo P.S.
