Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 152 of 2025 arising out of Baliapur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge- I, Dhanbad. 3. On 19.12.2024, husband of the informant, namely, Pramod Kumar Sinha, was shot by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on T.I. parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Priyesh Kumar Singh @ Deva @ Bheem @ Rahul @ Priyes Ku. Singh @ Priyes Kumar Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 7106 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
