Chouwdhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R. R. Kaushik, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Dikshita Deka, (2) Puspanjali Deka, (3) Bipul Kumar Deka, (4) Nomita Deka, (5) Chandra Dhar Deka and (6) Rina Deka, in connection with Baihata Chariali P.S. Case No. 325/2024 registered under Sections 296, 324(4), 331(4), 131, 74, 118(2), 109, 117(2), 3(5) of BNS. 3. Mr. Kaushik, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has submitted that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in favour of the petitioners, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated with the police investigation. 4. Since the present petitioners have been co-operating with Police Investigating Officer, they do not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, their pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 5. For the reason, the interim bail granted in favour of the petitioners by this Court on 19.12.2024 is made absolute. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application is disposed of. 7.
