The instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of A.B.A. No. 4090 of 2024, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 17.10.2024. 2. Submission has been made on behalf of the petitioner that the anticipatory bail application, being A.B.A. No. 4090 of 2024, was dismissed on account of non-compliance of the removal of defects within the stipulated time, vide order dated 17.10.2024. 3. Further submission has been made on behalf of the petitioner that the earlier counsel for the petitioner had died, and as such, there was no communication between the petitioner and his counsel at that time. 4.
