Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the FIR is of the year 2016 but the trial is not proceeding further because the file is not traceable. He has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 24.10.2024, by which, the learned trial court directed the staff of his court to trace out the file, which is missing since 2023. 3. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the concerned Principal District & Sessions Judge for This is a digitally signed order.
