GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Certiorari call for records in respect of the impugned Order in Rc.No. 6293/A1-5/2006-19, dated 10-07-2019 of the Secretary of Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions Society (APREIS)/ 2nd respondent and quash said impugned order holding that there is discrimination to the petitioner and his juniors in not fixing his Pay Scale of his post as Kitchen Helper on par with his juniors @ Rs.740-1150 per month since their initial appointments and revised their Pay Scale again @ Rs.1375-2375 as per Revised Pay Scales in the year 1993 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to fix Pay Scale of the petitioner @ Rs.740-1150 per month for his post as Kitchen Helper since his initial appointment dated 01-07-1987 and revise said Pay Scale @ Rs.1375-2375 as per Revised Pay Scales in the year 1993 on par with similar initial Pay Scale of his juniors @ Rs. 238 usual allowances mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of earlier WP No. 6004 of 2019 and pay accumulate amount to the petitioner as early as possible to meet the ends of justice.” 2.
