In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.2/Secretary, Puri Konark Development Authority to take appropriate action against the Opposite Party No.4 to demolish the unauthorized construction over Plot No.156(P) under Mouza-Talabania as per Orissa Development Authorities Act, 1982. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Opposite Party No.4 is constructing a multistoried building over Plot No.156(P) of Mouza-Talabania under Tahasil, Puri. Considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, since there is interse dispute between the parties, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.
