There is no allegation in the affidavit that the order dated 26.07.2024 restraining the applicant has been either reiterated or any act has been done by the Sub Division Magistrate in pursuance to the order dated 26.7.2014. In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for registering proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 The application is dismissed.
