Petitioner is serving as TGT (Arts) at GHS Kuned u/c GSSS Lylh, District Chamba, H.P. His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid hard area, he preferred representation on 28.06.2025 (Annexure P- 1) but the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the competent authority till date. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation indicating stations of choice where he can be transferred/adjusted, whereafter competent authority be directed to decided the same in a time bound schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection for this prayer. 4. In view of above submissions, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh comprehensive representation to the respondents /Competent Authority indicating stations of choice, where he can be adjusted, within a period of one week from today, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law and transfer policy, within a further period of three weeks by passing order, which shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
