Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents. 3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation, dated 10.06.2025 seeking rectification of the alleged mistake in the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems fit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
