PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2. 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking quashment of proceedings against them in D.V.C.No.2 of 2024, on the file of Judicial First-Class Magistrate, Koilakunta. 2. Heard Sri Muni Reddy Bala Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the Petitioners before the trial Court on every adjournment. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, dispensing with the presence of the Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 before the trial Court, unless their presence is specifically directed by the trial Court. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to raise all the contentions before the trial Court in their defence.
