Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this petition has been preferred against the rejection of an application moved under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC. He would contend that the civil SMT NIRMALA RAO
-2- suit has been filed by the respondents claiming therein reliefs of declaration of title and permanent injunction against the father and brother. He would contend that the civil suit was filed on
13.4.2022. It is also contended that the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC was rejected and the interim order is currently operating in favour of the petitioners. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the proceedings of the pending Civil Suit No.29A of 2022 within a stipulated time.

4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, at this juncture, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned trial Court to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending civil suit preferably within a period of nine months. The petitioners would be at liberty to raise all grounds which have been raised in the present petition.
5. Interim order granted earlier is hereby vacated. Sd/-
