Case No. 113 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. S/25 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have opened a Manav Seva Bank and enticed the Informant to deposit Rs. 72,000/- in the account on the pretext that he will get high return. 4. It was submitted that the parties have settled their dispute. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2025. 5. Mr. Faiyaz Alam, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the Informant and submitted that presently, parties have settled their dispute. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda in connection with Mahagama P.S.
