The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 corresponding to Children Case No. 09 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 87/3(5) of the B.N.S. and charge sheet has been framed under Section 96/65(1) of B.N.S. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act and cognizance has been taken for the offence under Section 96/65(1) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned J.J. Board, Giridih. 3. The petitioner is enticed 17-year-old daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. It was submitted that the statement of the victim has been recorded in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and went with the petitioner with several places. They also established consensual physical relationship. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.J.
