The first bail application being Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 49241 of 2020 (Vipin Sahani Vs. State of U.P.) was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2023. 5. This second bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure/483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Vipin Sahani, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 0132 of 2020, under Section 302 IPC, registered at P.S. Barhalganj, District Gorakhpur. 6. The records show that previously on 08.04.2024 illness slip was reported of learned counsel for the applicant and in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned. Today despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant or from the side of the first informant to press this bail application. 7. The incident is of the year 2020. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter. 8.
