10.03.2025 (K.R. Surana, J) Heard Mr. N. Islam, learned for the applicant. Also heard Ms. A. Gayan, learned CGC; Mr. G. Sharma, learned standing counsel for the FT matters and NRC; Mr. M. Islam, on behalf of Mr. A.I Ali, learned counsel for ECI; and Mr. P. Sarmah, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate for the State respondent. 2. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant is seeking correction of the typographical error crept in the order dated 25.11.2024 passed in WP(C) 5080/2024. 3.
The learned counsel for applicant has submitted that the competent authority to grant bail is the Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta and that in paragraph no. 6 and 7 of the said order, the concerned authority is noted as Superintendent of Police (Border), Baksa. 4. The description of the said authority in paragraph no. 6 and 7 of the said order is found to be in consonance with the cause title of respondent no. 5 given in the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, we do not find any mistake in the order which requires correction. 6. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands closed. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a separate interlocutory application for correction of
