Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. my 3. Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 19.06.2025 filed by the petitioner. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for appearing for the respondents furnished written instructions issued respondent dated 30.06.2025, wherein it is stated as revenue by the 3 follows; with regard to land in Sy.No.60 of Jaflapuram Village, so many representation received from the villagers with request to grant assignment pattas to them. Moreover some of the writ petitions are pending before the Hon’ble Curt. Hence, a detailed report has been submitted to the District Collector to keep the land in Sy.No.60 from the prohibited property book, until the disposed of writ petitions which are pending before the Hon’ble Court” 5. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court the is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh'”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to to dispose of the issue a direction representation 2019(8) SCALE 544 5 dated 19.06.2025, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction. 7. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 19.06.2025 filed by the petitioner taking into consideration the letter addressed by the 2"'^ respondent to the 3'"^ respondent. dated 02.11.2023, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
