The GR case number, i.e.”GR Case No. 3949/2011” has been erroneously typed in the order as-“GR Case No. 3849/2011”. The applicant has prayed for rectification of this typographical error. 3. Heard Ms N Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State respondent. 4. The application is allowed. 5. Wherever the words and figures-“GR Case No. 3849/2011” is typed in Criminal Revision Petition No. 470/2024, it should be rectified and corrected as “GR Case No. 3949/2011”, instead of “GR Case No. 3849/2011”, in Criminal Revision Petition No. 470/2024. 6. In terms of the above observations, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. 7.
