By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, submitted that the marriage certificate which has been appended along with the instant petition is a fake one and as such, petitioners are not entitled to get any relief. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of the instructions, the present petition stands dismissed.
