In the cause title of the order dated 7th February, 2025 a typographical mistake has cropped up. The name of the appellant and the respondent should be "Mahasena Khatoon @ Masina Khatun" and "Chabi Begam" respectively in place and stead of "Mahasena Khatoon" and "Masina Khatun".
