By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who retired on 31.10.2023 from the office of respondent No. 5, is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to grant pension to the petitioner from the date of superannuation. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner superannuated from service on 31.10.2023, but till date the respondents have not released the pension of the petitioner. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner will approach before the respondent authority by filing a fresh representation, the same will be considered in accordance with law within the stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and the documents. 5. From perusal of the pleadings, it appears that petitioner has been superannuated on 31.10.2023 but till date she is not getting her pension though 3 years have already been expired. 6. Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondents No.3 to 5 by filing a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by reiterating her claims. In case of filing of such representation, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and take necessary steps for disbursal of pension to the petitioner within a further period of 30 days from date of receipt of the representation. 7. With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 3 8. The Petitioner is at liberty to apprise the concerned respondents about the order of this court.
