Heard Mr. H.A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, who submits that there is a delay of 52 days in preferring the appeal against the ex-parte order dated 23/07/2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalbari in Matrimonial Suit (d) No. 207/2023 under section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act,
1955. Ms. F. Begum, learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that she has got no objection if the delay is condoned. Accordingly, delay of 52 days is condoned. Registry to register the appeal and list the matter after 2(two) weeks. IA is accordingly disposed of.
