Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The Court by order dated 14.02.2025 called for the case diary pertaining to Mankachar Police Station Case No. 180/2024, registered under Sections 420/406/294/354/506 of the IPC, corresponding to G.R. No. 403/2024 and granted interim bail to the petitioner, namely, Page No.# 2/2 Aktabur Rahman, son of Shalu Sk in said Mankachar P.S. Case No. 180/2024, which is in force till date, i.e., 24.04.2024. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case submitted charge-sheet in said Mankachar P.S. Case No. 180/2024 on 09.03.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 38/2025. 4) As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum on or before 14.05.2025 for his regular bail in said Mankachar P.S. Case No. 180/2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 403/2024. 5) For the said purpose, interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 14.02.2025 in said Mankachar P.S. Case No. 180/2024 is extended up to 14.05.2025 only. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
