The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25856 of 2025 on the following reasons: "Considering the facts that the trial has not yet commenced and witnesses were also threatened, bail cannot be granted at this stage, therefore this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner." 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.
