ORDER:- Heard Sri K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical Health and Family Welfare. It is stated that the petitioner has been awarded a contract for running the canteen at the respondent hospital, vide proceedings dated 01.02.2023, pursuant to a tender notification in which the petitioner was declared as the successful bidder.
