The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No.154 of 2024, for offence registered under section 341, 323, 353, 504 and 143 of IPC, pending in court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in FIR five persons have been named and petitioner is also named and further it is submitted that 25 to 30 persons were present on the spot and the altercation took place in procession and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of obstructing to discharge duty of the government officials. 5. It has been stated in paragraph no.14 that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and allegations are of general and omnibus against all the persons and it has been stated that 25 to 30 persons were also there on the spot, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in 2025:JHHC:24845 2 A.B.A. No. 4657 of 2025 the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No.154 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/
