The petitioners, namely, (1) Songsher Ali and (2) Eusuf Ali, have filed this application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending their arrest in Alopati P.S. Case No. 58/2024 registered under Sections 61/87 of BNS, 2023 added Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012. On instruction of the petitioner, Ms. Das, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this pre- arrest bail application. Prayer is allowed.
