JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER 20.02.2025 Heard Mr. P Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 by petitioner seeking pre- arrest bail in connection with Duliajan P.S. Case No. 217/2024. Mr. Goswami has submitted that in pursuant to the interim order granted in favour of the petitioners on 19.12.2024 by this Court , they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and recorded their statements. Since the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and have been cooperating in the investigation, they do not deserve to be detained.
