Though the petitioner made respondents, during hearing, learned requested this Court, without issue a direction to the 6A application submitted by the online. several allegations against the counsel for the petitioners touching the merits of the case, to respondents to consider/dispose of the Form- petitioner dated 19.03.2025 through 4- The learned Assistant appearing for the instructions dated 27.06.2025 i it is stated as follows;- Government Pleader respondents furnished for Revenue written issued by the 4*^ respondent, wherein (i) It is submitted that Hon'bie High Court a case has been filed in of A.P. Amaravathi by Sri K.B.Lat<shmikanth Reddy S/o Venkanna Good in W.P.No.7876/2022 and the case is pending in the Hon'bie High Court of A.P., Amaravathi. in this case 3 Sri K.B.Lakshmikanth Reddy S/o Venkanna Goud is the 6th respondent. (2) it is submitted that presently Sri K.B.Lakshmikanth Reddy S/o Venkanna Goud is in possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.No. 1186 extent 13.11 acres, a ROR case has also been filed by Sri K.B.Lakshmikanth Reddy S/o Venkanna Goud regarding the land dispute of the above land and the case is pending in sub-collector, Adoni. There is a family dispute among the family members on the disputed land. (3) In view of the above, it is submitted that nodes will be issued to the pattadars and enjoyers for conducting enquiry in sy.No.1186 extent of 13.11 acres of Peddaharivanam village. After conduct of filed survey of the land the Sy.No. 1186 measuring an extent of 13.11 acres will be mutated as per the court orders”. 5. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court that no such direction be issued, in view of the IS conscious The Government of India v. judgment of the Apex Court in P.Venkatesh^”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of 2019(8) SCALE 544 f 4 justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to issue a direction to consider/dispose of the Fprm-6A application dated 19.03.2025, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction. 6. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider/dispose of the Form-6A application dated 19.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
