Case No. 01/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. On 07.01.2024, husband of the informant namely Jitlal Manjhi went missing. On 11.01.2024, dead body of deceased was recovered on basis of confession of co-accused persons including this petitioner. Murder weapon and several incriminating articles were recovered on the confession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that co-accused Anil Kisku has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner has made his extra judicial confession. 6.
