Also heard Ms. N Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam as well as Ms. S. Khataniar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2. 2. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 68 days in preferring the connected revision petition. 3. Ms. Khataniar has submitted that she has no objection if the delay is condoned. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. I have also gone through the averments made in the application. 5. Therefore, the delay stands condoned. 6. The connected revision petition shall be registered and listed for admission hearing. 7.
