P.P. submits that though the case diary was called for Page No.# 2/2 vide order dated 19.12.2024, but, as per the instructions received by him, the I.O. has completed investigation and submitted charge sheet. At this stage, Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the accused submits that as the charge sheet was submitted before the learned trial court, this court may dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the accused to approach the learned trial court by filing appropriate petition. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this court is inclined to dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the accused to approach the learned trial court by filing appropriate petition.
