[2] The present miscellaneous application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 70 (seventy) days in filing an appeal against the Judgment and order dated 07.08.2024 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Manipur in Mat. (Dec.) Suit No. 9 of 2024. [3] This Court has gone through the reasons given in the application for condoning the delay of 70 (seventy) days in preferring the appeal and we are also satisfied with the reasons given therein. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has also made no serious objection in allowing the condone delay application.
