This is an application filed for withdrawal and transfer of the case in F.C.O.P.No.1358 of 2024 from the file of Family Judge’s Court, Visakhapatnam to the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Kakinada. 2. Petitioner herself has filed case in F.C.O.P.No.1358 of 2024 indicating her address at Visakhapatnam, showing the jurisdiction of the Court at Visakhapatnam. Now, on the ground that the petitioner has shifted her residence to Kakinada, she wants to transfer the case initiated before the Court in Visakhapatnam. 3.
