“It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quashed the FIR dated 13/05/2022 in Crime No.509/2022 offence U/S 294, 341, 506 of IPC, which is registered before the respondent no.01 against the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned State counsel submits that in the present case after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed on 22.12.2023 and the case was fixed for appearance of the accused on 20.05.2025.
3. Learned State counsel is directed to communicate this order to the concerned trial Court for necessary information and compliance forthwith.
