ORDER:- This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A3, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.148 of 2025 <zr,
ii \.i.\ _2 J| of MangalagI'rI- Rural Police station, Guntur Djs{rict, registered for the offences punishable under sections 8(c) I/w 20(b)(jj)(B) ard 22 (b) of the Narcot['c Drugs and psychotropl-c substances Act] 1985. 2.I The brief facts of the case are thatAl to A4 are addl-cted to ganja and other habits. Al who made frI'endship with A6 and purchased MDMA packets from A6 @ Rs.5,000/-per one gram and jn turn sell A2 for higher price. Further Al and A2 purchased ganja from A5 for Rs.8,000/- per kg and I-n turn Al to A4 consumed some of ganja and Al and A2 made smaller packets of 20 grams and gives them {o A3, A4 to sell it for higher rates of Rs.1,000/-each packet. on Ramzan festival day A6 came to vijayawada Al purchased 10 grams of MDMA from A6 and sold two packets to A2 and kept on packet with A1. Then A2 brought 1.2 kgs of ganja and made four packets and called A3 and A4 to delight dhaba and Al to A4 all met there, A2 gave ganja packets to each of them and consumed some ganja, then police raided and caught hold Al to A4 and seized 1.2 kgs of ganja and one Packet of MDMA weI-ghing about 5.980 grams from Al and two packets of MDMA from A2 weighting about 1.980, 0.750 grams, a.'\ .-J` +z3, .````\ `-\ \.`>
I 3 total 8.81 grams of MDMA and also seized KTM Bike of A2 under the cover of mediatorana. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on o4.04.2025 and has been in judicial remand since then. The ganja seized by the police in this case is not a commercial quantity. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has not been completed. 6. Considering the period of remand underwent by the petit'IOner and in View Of the facts and Circumstances Of the Case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A3 on the following conditions.
i) The petitioner/A3 shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Sessions Judge for the Trial of ttle Cases i a. a.-z2 ii= \`
