The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “I. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, filed by the petitioner. II. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased quash the F.I.R. dated 04/09/2024 bearing No. 0531/2024 for the offences under Section 498-A, 34 and 377 of I.P.C registered at Police Station, Raigarh Kotwali, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. III. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash entire charge sheet bearing no. 06/2025 dated 06.01.2025 (Annexure P/1) under section 498A, R/w Section 34 and section 377 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. IV. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P/2) whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raigarh District Raigarh has taken cognizance of the impugned Chargesheet and has registered the impugned criminal proceeding as Criminal Case no. 14/2025 against the Petitioners. V. And to kindly grant any other relief to the petitioners as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case, may also granted to the Petitioner” 3.
