Registrar salary by applying F.R-49, to pay the ELs and GPF/CPF which are payable to the petitioner and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the 2nd and 4th respondents to pay ELs amount of Rs.58,808/- and GPF/CPF (Non Faculty) of Rs.2,25,024/- which are deposited by the previous employer of the petitioner in the account of 2nd Respondent while he resigned at his previous employer pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the 2nd and 4th respondents to pay the Additional Charge allowance for the post hold as Registrar (i/c) for more that 3 months (i.e about 2 years) which was already implemented in the 2nd respondent organization pending disposal of the Writ Petition and to pass such other order or orders IA NO: 3 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass orders direct the respondents not to take any steps to change the Post of Deputy Registrar as Deputation post from the promotion post pending the disposal of writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
