The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.4(b) to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31325 of 2025 dated 13.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
