The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No.09 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 20(B)(ii)A/21(a) of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. It was submitted that about 516 grams of cannabis and about 1.17 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa, in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil P.S.
