The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs. 20,50,000/- out of which Rs. 8,40,450/- has been deposited before the Registry and the same has not been withdrawn by the respondents. The remaining amount of Rs.12,09,550/- shall be deposited by the insurance company before the Registry within 45 days. In terms of the judgment dated 02.08.2024 – an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- has been released in favour of respondent No. 5(mother) and Rs. 2,00,000/- Page No.# 3/3 each shall be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank in favour of minor children/respondent Nos. 2 to 4.
