Vashum, learned GA and Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the respondents placed before this Court an order dated 08.03.2024 issued by the Secretariat: SCERT Department, Government of Manipur by which the present petitioner has been posted as in-charge Principal of DIET, Churachandpur and it has been submitted that in the present writ petition, the petitioner assailed the transfer order dated 14.10.2022 by which he has been transferred and posted as Lecturer, DIET Centre at Kakching while he was holding the post for Principal in-charge basis for the DIET Centre, Chandel. [2] The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as the petitioner has been allowed to hold the KABORA MBAM SAPANA CHANU Digitally signed by KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Date: 2025.09.11 14:16:13 +05'30' charge of Principal, DIET at Churachandpur, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same can be closed. [3] Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
