Heard Sri M. Babji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rama Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that C.M.A.No.147 of 2005 is pending on the file of respondent No.2. However, the same has not been disposed of. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted the instructions of Project Officer, ITDA, Rampachodavaram and would submit that respondent No.2 will dispose of the C.M.A.No.147 of 2005, within eight (08) weeks by following the procedure. 5. Given the instructions, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the C.M.A.No.147 of 2005, strictly as per the law, within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.
