The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 Directing the Respondent- 1 & 2 to permit the Petitioner Institution to participate in the counseling for admission to one vacant seat for the course of BAMS for academic session of 2018-2019. 10.2 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court considers proper, may kindly be awarded.” Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been preferred by the petitioner Ayurveda Medical College. He further submits that the academic session 2018-19 has already come to an end and the students have passed the respective examination, therefore, this petition may kindly be disposed of making observation that studies pursued by the students shall not be affected by the withdrawal of this petition. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State/respondent No.1 submit that as the academic session 2018-19 has already expired, therefore, this petition may be disposed of. 4. Heard. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions made hereinabove, this petition is hereby being disposed of making an observation that the students who have pursued his studies, their studies would not be affected in any manner as the academic session 2018-19 has already come to an end. 6.
