The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 120/2021 corresponding to Spl. POCSO Case No. 31/2021, for the offences registered under Sections 376(A)(B) of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Spl. Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. On 22.05.2021, the petitioner was caught red handed in the house of the informant after he had committed rape of his two years’ old child. Blood was oozing out private part of the victim. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about four years. It was further submitted that trial is also under progress. 5.
