Case of the prosecution, in brief, is thatone suradaAkhila DevI- (hereinafter referred to, as lcomplainant') is resident of Maharanipeta, visakhapatnam city, she is the wife of one surada Narrendra (hereinafter referred to, as tthe ldeceased]). I- The complainant is working as housekeeper in Simhadri Hospital. The deceased took loan for lan amount of Rs.2,000/- from an online app, but could not repay and that on 07.12.2024 the complainant received Whatsapp call from one Mobile No.+639510912260`informing that the deceased had taken loan for Rs.2,000/- and also sent some obscene morphed photographs of complainant and the deceased, then, the complainant repaid the due amount of Rs.2,000/- through Phonepe and went to Hospital to attend her' duty. On 07.12.2024 she received the phone call from her brother-in-law stating that the deceased committed suicide by hanging with a saree in the room. The deceased was shifted to K.G.Hospital, Visakhapatnam, where the Doctors declared that he was brought dead. The case was reported. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that the petitioners were arrested on 09.04.2025, and since then they are langu.ishing in jail. Despite the lapse of 89 days, no charge sheet has been filed. As per Section 187 of the BNSS, the offences alleged against the pe-titioners fall under the category where investigation is required to be completed within 60 days. The grgFffi5SERI33ggS3gfay only accusation as against the petitioners is that they were maintaining mule accounts. Except the said accusation, there is no other material on record to connect the involvement of the petitioners in morphing the photographs of the deceased and the complainant. 5. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein/A15, A17 and A20 on the following conditions. i) The petitioners herein shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam. ii) On release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Sunday, between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 6.
